LIFE IS A GAME, PLAY IT LIKE A PRO!!!

Yeah, life is exactly that. A game!!! It’s ironic that so many people take life so seriously when it is as simple as a game. The people who you and the world think as really successful are the ones who played life like a pro. They knew what to do, when to do and how to do to get to the top. Whereas the majority of others simply go through life feeling lost as they either do not know the tricks of the game (life) or are really lazy to play it, or both.

Just as in a game, we all start from the same level – level 1. Nobody is born an adult. Nobody is born straight into 25 with an MBA degree, a business empire and a fat bank account. We all start our lives as innocent infants, having no idea about what life has in store for us.

True, some of us may be born into well off families with a silver-spoon upbringing while some others may not be as lucky. Some may be born physically healthy while some others may not be so. But whatever it is, I believe that life gives us all equal opportunities. Yes, everyone is given the opportunities that will take them to a higher level. The problem with those who mess up is that they fail to see those opportunities.

Just as in the game of snake and ladder, life has its own ups and downs. How many times has it happened that the person winning the aforementioned game never got swallowed by a snake? The stakes are low. No one refuses to resume playing after they get swallowed by a snake, no matter how big it is. Then why do we do the opposite when it comes to the real game – our life? Why do we refuse to play anymore?

Like every game, life has its own set of rules too. If a person is at a higher level than you, it can only mean that he played smarter than you. He knew the tricks of the game and rose to the opportunity when it came. There can be no other explanation for it.

Suppose a game has 100 levels and you are currently at level 56. Do you stop playing thinking that you are never going to reach level 100? No! Because you know that there is a level 100 for sure and there is some way to get there. Life is the same. Everyone has within himself/ herself to reach their best self. The thing is – some refuse to play it after a setback, some get stuck in the same level and some others learn the tricks and play harder and eventually win the game.
